Kanya: Fresh, Unbound, Mystical, the Earth Sign Virgo
Mela: a Festival, attracting crowds from All Communities
This September, as we near the Equinox and the progression of the western seasons, we are calling all visionaries, warriors, creatives and wanderers upon the colourful path of Life to come and join us in Bragg Creek, AB for a beautiful practice and demonstration of how we intend to create our shared culture for the future.
Kanya Mela is a parade of events that includes classic favourites and new inspirations woven together with an intentional flow that emphasizes long-lasting connection, vulnerability, and transformative gratitude. We have designed this with you, our community, in heart and mind.
May we be together as a community, and come to stoke the fires of compassion in every heart!
May we courageously share the stories of the paths that bring us to the shores of the same ocean!
May the vibration of our dancing feet and our harmonizing voice echo into the cosmos of eternity!
TICKETS & WEEKEND PASS
The Kanya Mela Weekend Pass provides full access to all of the events as well as use of all the cabin amenities (river access, fire pit, hot tub, ample lounging space, etc.) for the duration of the weekend. The events are intentionally spaced to allow for the mysteries of experience and connections to unfold.

There is free parking on site and much to explore! We look forward to sharing this beautiful weekend with you.

Practitioners will be invited out onto the cabins deck to engage in a sequence of yogic postures, breathing techniques and a climactic meditation to stabilize the height of wisdom found in the practice.

SATURDAY, SEP 16
The Healing Hoop is a collectively minded ceremonial event that is focused on strengthening the bonds that arise in the present witnessing of vulnerability in its myriad shapes and temperaments. Whether in the form of grieving cries, triumphant odes or spell-shattering revelations, the Healing Hoop is a living circle of present-minded people who are choosing to represent the larger hoop of living consciousness that surrounds us.
In this ceremony, the invitation is for guests to listen and honour the fellow members of the hoop and to brave the ocean of honesty and express what is in your soul when the time arrives. Private reflection time will be offered along with team-oriented exercises and opportunities for authentic expression of your uncensored truth.
