The Healing Hoop is a collectively minded ceremonial event that is focused on strengthening the bonds that arise in the present witnessing of vulnerability in its myriad shapes and temperaments. Whether in the form of grieving cries, triumphant odes or spell-shattering revelations, the Healing Hoop is a living circle of present-minded people who are choosing to represent the larger hoop of living consciousness that surrounds us.

In this ceremony, the invitation is for guests to listen and honour the fellow members of the hoop and to brave the ocean of honesty and express what is in their soul when the time arrives. Private reflection time will be offered along with team-oriented exercises and opportunities for authentic expression of your uncensored truth.

Flow of the evening:

• Opening circle
• Writing exercise and sharing cacao
• Bundle teaching and preparation 
• Honour, work with, and remember our grief using personal, sacred objects accompanied by song, music and story
• Meditation with drum journey and sound healing
• Closing circle

What to bring:

• Wear clothing to stay comfortable and warm (layers are recommended)
• Journal and pen
• Items to include in the creation of your personal bundle (examples include herbs, a bowl, a rock, a crystal, corn meal, a feather, a staff, a small sacred object and any object or photograph which brings memories of your loved ones)
• Optional: cushions, blankets, yoga mat for comfort to sit (some props and cushions will be available)
• Optional: additional items to place on altar

• 7:00pm - Starship Nightro: Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath with Somatika (get tickets here)
